1. Due to their smaller earnings base, mid and small-cap companies have
higher capital growth potential compared to large-cap companies.

2. Following the recent retracement in the domestic market, mid and small-cap
stocks are currently trading at lower average Price to Earnings ratios compared
to large-cap stocks. This provides investment opportunities in mid and small-cap
stocks for long term investors.

3. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of stocks across various sectors
and markets.

4. The fund may invest up to 25% in selected Asia Pacific markets.
